Guidelines of OFF CAMPUS NOC
APPLICATION FORM
1. Off-Campus Internship Application Form (Applicable ONLY to Students going for Internship through self or Off-campus)
2. Internship International Students (Applicable ONLY to International Students going for Internship/ Trainings through self or Off-campus)
3. Foreign Universities (Applicable ONLY to Students going for Internships in Foreign Universities)
4. Entrepreneurship/Startup (Applicable ONLY to Students working on their own startup/ secured Internship at a startup)
5. Internship Extension Application Form (Applicable ONLY to Students opting to extend Self/ OFF-Campus Internship from previous semester to next semester)
Step 1 – Download the above OFF-CAMPUS approval form. (Note: It will take approx. 2/3 weeks for approval of Off-campus NOC, so make sure you are taking approval within the time slot.)
Step 2 – Visit in person for Self-NOC approval along with the Offer Letter/LOI and company HR mail communication screenshot. Kindly note: HR mail should not be public domain (GMAIL/YAHOO etc)
Step 3 – Get the approval as per the seating plan below:
1. -Placement Coordinator - Room No 310 (B), Block D2.
2. -HOD - Room No 310(A), Block D2. (NON-AIML)
-HOD - Room No 504, Block D2. (AIML)
3. -Director (AIT-CSE) - Room No 105, Block D2.
3.1 -Associate Director (AIT-CSE) - Room No 109, Block D3.
4. - Executive Director - Room No 621, Block B1.
5. -CRC - Room No 104, Block C2
6. -DAA - Room No 206, Block B1
Step 4: Once you are done with the approval. Follow the below points in sequence order.
1. -Take a picture of the approval document.
2. -Merge the approval document & Offer Letter in a single PDF.
3. -Apply on CUIMS
4. -Note down the NOC reference number and share it in Step 5.
Step 5: Follow the below points in Sequence wise.
1. Fill out the NOC – Google Form and fill out your details.
2. NOC Google Form Link: https://forms.gle/KraRcRGzPQkcyxEb8
3. Share the drive link (make sure to give open access to all) of the Offer letter & approval document.
4. Share the CUIMS NOC Reference number.
Note: Failure to maintain an attendance of 75% (prior to the joining date) will result in being considered detain in the final semester exam and practical exam. Later Placement Team will not be responsible for this. The university offers a 2-day relaxation period to leave campus before the joining date (if it is under 500KM).
